Hello! My name is Elaine Wu.
I graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Computer Animation. Together with my good friend Christine Kim, we directed the short film Chicken or the Egg - a film about a pig who is addicted to eating eggs and falls in love with a chicken. The film went out to screen at several festivals, earned an Annie Award nomination for Best Student Film in 2013, and was one of the recipients of National Board of Review Grant.
In 2012, I interned at Blue Sky Studios for Visual Development, and in 2013, I interned at Brand New School as a designer and 3D Generalist. I worked at JibJab Media, Inc for a little bit afterwards, and then went on to be a part of the Nickelodeon Artist Program in 2014. Since then, I've been a Background Painter and Designer on the Nickelodeon show Breadwinners, and I'm currently on working as a BG Designer on Pinky Malinky!
